ESC Grande Ecole Brittany's Graduate School of Management - inspired by the enthusiasm and energy, authenticity and enterprising spirit of a region open to the world - has built its approach to management on three fundamental values: Stimulation, Authenticity and Awareness.
It is at Brittany's Graduate School of Management that you will define, create and develop your projects and achieve your ambitions. It is here that you will become a top-level manager with a sense of responsibility and self-fulfilment.

Here is where your projects begin.

Ensure your professional integration:

Employability is the key objective of the teaching provided by Brittany's Graduate School of Business to guarantee the success of each student's career plan. In order to achieve this goal:

  • Starting in the degree year, each student defines their career plan with the assistance of a team of specialised teachers who are members of the "Itinerary service". With a view to personal development, the Itinerary service helps students to discover different professional possibilities and to build a career path which will guarantee their professional integration in the short term and the success of their career plan in the long term.
  • The course programmes and educational pathways have been designed by top-level professors in close collaboration with corporate partners who ensure that programmes are in line with market expectations and any evolution in market needs. Thus, Brittany's Graduate School of Business offers an educational pathway which is both general in nature (L = first year and M1 = second year) and specialised (M2 = third year).

Discover the corporate world

In order to validate the degree:

  • Each student must validate a minimum of 6 months' internship in a company in France or abroad.
  • Possibility of a gap year in a company, in France or abroad.

Increase your international awareness

Because awareness is one of our three fundamental values, an experience of at least 6 months abroad is compulsory during the student's educational pathway. This stay can take various forms:

  • An academic exchange in one of our partner universities
  • An internship in a company
  • Carrying out a personal project on an international level (travelling around the world, a humanitarian mission...)
  • Doing a double degree: one complete year abroad, enabling the student to obtain a degree from the partner university.

A teaching environment to guide you to success

As a consular institution founded in 1962, Brittany's Graduate School of Business is a member of the "Conférence des Grandes Ecoles". Its degree has the State's seal of approval, and it is entitled to award Masters Degrees. Thanks to its human dimension, Brittany's Graduate School of Business offers unrivalled flexibility and guidance. Over 300 teaching pathways are possible. Classes take place in an ideal teaching environment: there are, for example, on average 25 students per course and 20 students for 1 permanent teacher.

Student community life: there are many student associations. The Students' Union, Sports Club, Arts Club, Business Firm Section, Humanitarian Section, International Section.

For the students who so choose, contributions to Student Association life can be taken into account in the educational programme assessment. It is one of the extracurricular projects offered in M1 and M2.
