The “Produit en Bretagne” incubator offers a hatching ground for new businesses focusing on Breton values and skills and geared towards innovative products and services.

The “Produit en Bretagne” incubator was created in 2006 by PRODUIT en BRETAGNE, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brest, the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brittany and Brest Business School.

A place and human support to nurture your project

The “Produit en Bretagne” incubator, a unique concept in France, supports future entrepreneurs with a network of 200 companies under the umbrella of “Produit en Bretagne”, teaching and research staff at ESC Bretagne Brest and all specialists in business start-ups and takeovers, including the network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The structure offers a place for the project to develop, human and technical support and high value-added services.

The incubator is not set aside only for ESC Bretagne Brest graduates, but is open to all men and women who choose to contribute to the renewal of the Breton economic landscape through innovation. It can therefore act as a testing ground and incubation unit for “dormant projects” within already existing companies.

Since 2006, over 120 potential business owners with innovative projects have been interviewed by an incubator manager. 11 projects entered the incubator, after approval by a selection committee in which the incubator’s four partners are represented.
